With over 20 years of “hands on” experience in the premium retail and finance sectors, Alyssa has learned and applied world leading customer service approaches complemented by her postgraduate management studies. Alyssa works consistently to embed a strong customer service culture reflective of the premium brands and clients she represents.

As an effective change agent Alyssa has been responsible for the execution and delivery of a broad range of major retail, financial and other customer service initiatives. Through a process of strategy formulation, operational alignment, relationship building and implementation, Alyssa’s clients have achieved significant improvements in business profitability and customer loyalty.

Alyssa is an experienced mentor and coach. She uses her excellent communication skills to build strong stakeholder relationships, and to inspire, engage, lead and influence high performing teams. Alyssa is renowned for her pragmatic approach, achieving positive outcomes for businesses ranging from large multinationals to small family businesses and not for profits.

Alyssa completed her MBA at the University of Queensland in 2002, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communication Studies) from University of Southern Queensland.
